How does the quote work?

How long does it take?
Most cleans are completed within 3–5 business days of drop-off. Restoration work can take longer depending on what's involved, and your quote will include an estimated timeline.
What materials can you clean?
Leather, suede, nubuck, knit, mesh, canvas and more. If you're unsure what your pair is made of, include the brand and model in the form and we'll take it from there.
Can every stain be removed?
Not always. Some stains, dye transfer and deep yellowing are permanent. We'll tell you upfront in your quote what results are realistic for your pair, so there are no surprises.
How do I get my shoes to you?
Once you approve your quote, we'll arrange a drop-off or pickup that works for you within the Greater Toronto Area.
